BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Recipe: Crock Pot Pulled Pork
serves 6-8,  source

Ingredients:
  • 1 boneless pork shoulder, about 2-3 lbs, chopped roughly into 2 inch cubes
  • 12 ounces of your favorite barbecue sauce
  • 2 Tblsp honey (unless your BBQ sauce is very sweet already)
  • salt to taste (1-2 teaspoons)

Method:
  • Put everything in a crock pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  • Serve on a bun with coleslaw.
