Ingredients:
small onions, diced
2 cloves of garlic
smoked sausage
1 can red beans (kroger)
white rice
1/2 cup green pepper, diced
Directions:
- Cut up onion in food processor. cook onion, garlic and green pepper for 5 minutes in saucepan.
- Cut up sausage into small pieces and add to pan along with the can of red beans.
- cook for 10 minutes until warm.
- serve over rice
