This recipe if from my late aunt who I loved dearly. Miss you!!
Ingredients:
1 stick of butter melted
1 can can corn
1 can cream corn
8 oz sour cream
8 oz Jiffy corn muffin mix
2 eggs
2 tbsp sugar
Directions: mix all ingredients together. Pour into 9x9 square baking dish. Bake for 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Put in a 9x13 for a double batch.
