Ingredients:
1/2 lb ground beef
2/3 cup water
1 tsp salt
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp flour
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup. ( I like mushroom personally)
1/2 bag of wide egg noodles.
Directions:
- brown ground beef and drain well. set aside.
- boil noodles as directed.
- Mix together rest of ingredients in large bowl. Whisk well.
- Pour into skillet and let thicken for 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Add ground beef and noodles back in to sauce. Stir well to coat.
- Let sit on low for 10 minutes. Then serve.
