Ingredients:
1 bag hash brown potatoes unthawed
1 stick of butter melted
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups shredded cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 small diced onion
2 cups cornflake crumbs
Directions:
- Dice onion and put it in with butter to melt in the microwave in a small dish.
- Combine potatoes, cheese, sour cream, soup, salt and pepper, onion-butter mixture in large bowl.
- stir well. place in greased 9x13 baking dish. Top with cornflake crumbs. Pour a little melted butter on top.
- Bake for 55 minutes at 350 degrees.
