Ingredients:
2 cups shredded cooked turkey
1 cup Velveeta cheese
1 cup broccoli, chopped
1/2 cup mayo
salt and pepper to taste
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
Directions:
- Chop up broccoli and turkey in food processor finely.
- combine all ingredients except crescent rolls in a large bowl. set aside.
- press out crescent rolls into four squares. Press diagonal perforations to seal.
- Spoon turkey mixture into the center of the squares. Fold dough over to make a triangle sealing the edges.
- Brush crescent rolls with a little mayo.
- Bake for 12 minutes at 375 or until golden brown. Serve warm.
