Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts, baked and shredded
1 box Uncle Ben's original long grain wild rice
1 large onion, chopped
1/4 cup butter
3 tbsp flour
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1 cup mushrooms
shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Directions:
- preheat oven to 350
- cook rice as directed. saute onions and mushrooms in butter.
- Blend in flour, the soup, and milk for sauce.
- Mix sauce, rice and chicken together, mix well.
- Pour into greased casserole dish and top with cheese.
- bake for 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
