Serve over rice.
Ingredients:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup white wine
1 cup fresh mushrooms
4-6 chicken breasts
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375.
- combine all ingredients except chicken and mushrooms. Mix well.
- Lay chicken on the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Cover with soup mixture.
- sprinkle mushrooms on top.
- bake for 1 hour. serve over rice
