Cream of Mushroom Chicken Bake

This recipe was given to me from my mother. Very easy and yummy.
Serve over rice.
Ingredients:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup white wine
1 cup fresh mushrooms
4-6 chicken breasts

Directions: 
  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. combine all ingredients except chicken and mushrooms. Mix well.
  3. Lay chicken on the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Cover with soup mixture.
  4. sprinkle mushrooms on top.
  5. bake for 1 hour. serve over rice
