Ingredients:
2 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 carrots, cut up thin and steamed
1 head of broccoli, cut and steamed
1 serving of cooked white rice
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp curry powder
Directions:
- preheat oven to 350
- cook chicken and cut up small.
- cup carrots and broccoli, steam for 15 minutes in steamer
- In a mixing bowl mix mayo, soup, curry, and lemon juice
- add chicken and veggies. stir well to combine.
- place in casserole dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
