Curry Chicken and Rice

This one I made up on my own playing around in the kitchen. As I said before knowone eats casseroles in my family so I share them with you.

Ingredients:
2 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 carrots, cut up thin and steamed
1 head of broccoli, cut and steamed
1 serving of cooked white rice
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp curry powder

Directions:
  1. preheat oven to 350
  2. cook chicken and cut up small.
  3. cup carrots and broccoli, steam for 15 minutes in steamer
  4. In a mixing bowl mix mayo, soup, curry, and lemon juice
  5. add chicken and veggies. stir well to combine.
  6. place in casserole dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
