Sausage Bagels

Another great recipe from my New York neighbor.
Ingredients: 
1 lb sausage, cooked and drained
2/3 cup mayo
4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
package mini plain or whole wheat bagels
pinch of oregano and garlic salt

Directions:
  1. cook and drain sausage
  2. combine the rest of ingredients with sausage.
  3. slice bagels in half. lay them out on a baking sheet.
  4. put mixture on top of each bagel half.
  5. bake for 2-3 minutes under broiler
